We've been invited to perform at this year's People's Fair in downtown Denver. It's a free event open to everyone at Civic Center Park. We'll be playing on the Colfax and Bannock stage this year on Sunday, June 5th at 5pm.

Journey’s and Converse are throwing a party and they invited us to join ‘em! Every summer they combine forces to host the Journey’s Backyard Barbeque tour. We’ll be performing alongside pro motocross & bmx riders and skateboarders on a 60,000 square foot “alternative sports playground” and, our sources have confirmed, a big-ass ramp. Rob Dyrdek of MTV/skateboarding fame will be on hand and there will be sponsor booths with giveaways, games, entertainment and such.
The all-ages event is completely free and The Dirty Heads are closing out the evening with a free set!
We’re in the Converse Battle of the Bands with our friends in My Body Sings Electric and Regret Night. “The winner is selected by text message votes from fans at the event. In addition to $1,000 in cash and merchandise prizes, the winning band will also receive a one-year supply of Converse shoes for each band member. Fans can come away winners as well! After voting, winning fans will be text-messaged or emailed to let them know they’ve won a prize, including Journeys gift cards and Converse products.”
So come enjoy the summer weather, check out some awesome live music and help us win some cash and a year’s worth of fancy kicks. We’ve all agreed that a “one-year supply of shoes” is typically exactly one pair per band member when left to our own devices.

Vices I Admire and Take to the Oars are invading our neighbors to the north in Greeley to help out the fine folks at UNC Student Radio. The station is having a fundraiser at the newly opened Sky Nightclub (18+) in downtown Greeley and they invited us and local favorites Ska Skank Redemption to join the party. They’ll have some pretty ridiculous drink specials going on (you and 10 friends drink for the price of 1 from 10-11pm) so... thing’s will get a bit rowdy.

The Fort Collins Music Experiment is back! Join us in celebration of all of the amazing musicians in Northern Colorado! This epic two day festival will run Friday, April 8th and Saturday, April 9th and will feature 264 artists in various theaters, bars, restaurants and coffee shops all across Fort Collins and the surrounding area.
WE'RE SCHEDULED TO PERFORM AT O'DELLS BREWERY AT 5PM. It is an all-ages venue with loads of some of the best hand-crafted mircobrews you can find. The stage will feature the best in Denver bands with ties to the fair city of Fort Collins. The fantastic My Body Sings Electric will perform on the stage at 2pm and Places will perform at 3:30pm.

Join us and Yerkish as we help them say farewell to our friend and their long time drummer Ryan. We'd love to see a huge turnout to rightfully send him back into nature. He's been drumming as part of the group for so long he'll need all the support possible to transition back into the human race. Helping us in giving Ryan a proper send-off are the magnificent The Foot.!

The doors open at 7pm and the whole night is not worth missing, as there are surprises abound! Yerkish will have new T-shirts and they'll be raffling off a Yerkish replica drum head signed by the band! We'll be fresh outta the studio and shall perform all of the songs that will appear on our upcoming e.p.! This is the first time we have performed at the Gothic in quite a while so don't miss it! Many thanks to the boys in Yerkish for lulling us out of our recording based hibernation to have some fun with them. We're cold and can very much use the exposure to sunlight and social situations.
